Scott began his career as an electrician before moving into sales with Phillips. He also spent seven years with Louis Poulson, some of which was in Sydney Australia. Then moving to JSB in Sydney.
Returning to Scotland in 2007 he worked with Atrium Lighting which gave Scott the confidence to set up Kelvin Lighting after recognizing a gap in the market for good customer focused lighting companies.
The business has gone from strength to strength ever since, building extensive networks throughout the industry, priding itself in the ability to deliver good quality products with excellent customer care.
Mike has over 15 years’ experience in the Lighting Industry, having worked with Universal Fibre Optics as project installation manager, prior to joining the sales team.
Mike has been in lighting sales for over 10 years working on both domestic and international projects across several sectors.
Martin has been an Electrical Engineer for 12 years with a passion for lighting design. Member of the CIBSE Society of Light and Lighting and holder of the Lighting Diploma, Martin brings experience from commercial, healthcare and hospitality sectors to Kelvin Lighting. Martin is an expert with lighting software for calculation and simulation of design.
Our book keeper Sharon was previously the Finance Manager in a large hotel before joining Kelvin Lighting in May 2011 (best move ever!).
Her daily role includes ensuring invoices are paid on time, checking orders, tracking deliveries, liaising with suppliers, raising sales invoices and paying suppliers.
